It is just a detail, but long time ago I figured out
that it was rather likely the White House was one of the targets too (that
is even a bit more to expect if you compare it to the Congress or so). And
again long time I figured out that if there were indeed three targets
(just like the Arty story says) and indeed if it were true that the White
House was a target, this made it a bit understandable that they would like
to keep this in the dark. Yes, all tricks in the book will be used to keep that part in the dark. And, just by the way, how come that all new details, yes all new details so constantly fit in 'the pattern' so precise? How come this? To some local authorities I have to say again: You just can
not estimate the level of my hate against you. What good are you in
finding the truth around these problems, why do you call yourself
prosecutors and investigators if you are not capable of seeing the most
simple 'cause to event' relationships? Why do I myself need to take
hundreds of search hours before finding details like plane tickets bought
at Kinko's (the mixture of 'Reinko' and 'kinky' or 'kinkytshirts')? After the daily preach at the (not so smart) locals we can take a look at the quotes found, indeed it makes a lot of sense that the White House was a target too. How the Pennsylvania plane fits is this is hard to find out of course, only more or less independent 'human intell' can bring a bit of light at this. Now read the latest development into the Moussaoui case:
Prosecution Says Qaeda Member Was to Pilot 5th Sept. 11 JetBy PHILIP SHENON.
WASHINGTON, April 15 The Justice Department has shifted the government's theory of the case against Zacarias Moussaoui, arguing that this confessed member of Al Qaeda planned to help hijack a fifth plane and crash it into the White House, people with access to classified information about the case said today. The theory, they said, replaced initial speculation by senior officials elsewhere in the Bush administration that Mr. Moussaoui was supposed to be the "20th hijacker" on one of the four commercial jets that were seized by Qaeda terrorists on Sept. 11, 2001. Mr. Moussaoui, a French citizen, was arrested in August 2001 after arousing suspicion at a Minnesota flight school, and he is the only person facing trial in the United States for conspiring with the hijackers. In handwritten court documents filed this month and made public today, Mr. Moussaoui, who is seeking to act as his own lawyer, revealed the existence of the Justice Department's theory about a fifth hijacked plane and demanded that he be given details of the evidence that would be used to support it. He said that federal prosecutors had come up with the "imaginary" new theory about a fifth plane after the evidence to support its initial theory of the case against him had fallen apart. "Even the most stupid Americans will not buy the 20th hijacker" theory, he said, adding "I have nothing to do with 9/11 and my 19 great martyr brothers." With no evidence to support his involvement in the Sept. 11 hijackings, he said, the Justice Department had "decided to create a 100 percent Hollywood fifth-plane story threatening the White House." In his papers, Mr. Moussaoui demanded access to a transcript of a secret court hearing in January in which the Justice Department outlined its theory of the case. Department spokesmen in Alexandria, Va., where the case is being prosecuted, did not return phone calls seeking comment tonight. In separate court papers made public this week, the Justice Department did not deny that it had a "fifth pilot" theory of Mr. Moussaoui's involvement and insisted that "the government has never described the defendant in the indictment or any pleading as the `20th hijacker.' " The "20th hijacker" description was offered by other senior government officials, including Vice President Dick Cheney, in describing Mr. Moussaoui's possible role in the Sept. 11 conspiracy. Officials would not reveal what evidence supported a theory that Mr. Moussaoui was supposed to be on a fifth hijacked plane or that the plane was meant to crash into the White House. The government has captured several senior Qaeda officials believed to have detailed knowledge of the planning of the attacks and Mr. Moussaoui's role, if any. Mr. Moussaoui's trial has been delayed indefinitely because of a related legal dispute over whether his court-appointed defense lawyers can have access to the captured leaders. The issue is before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, in Richmond, Va. In an order made public today, the court announced that it would delay a hearing on the appeal until June in hopes that the government might find a way to limit the use of classified information in the case. Mr. Moussaoui's lawyers say they are barred by court orders from discussing the details of the Justice Department's theory of their client's involvement in a conspiracy. But one of the lawyers, Edward B. MacMahon Jr., said Mr. Moussaoui was entitled to those details, especially since he is acting as his own lawyer. "If he's really the counsel of record, he should have access to anything that is unclassified, and it's hard to believe that the government's theory of the case could be classified," he said. Mr. Moussaoui, who is facing the death penalty, has acknowledged that he is a Qaeda member, is loyal to Osama bin Laden and was sent to the United States on a mission for the terrorist network. But he has insisted that he had nothing to do with the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
Reinko: Let us look at some old detail surrounding this; Long time ago Moussaoui wanted to make a full statement before some Congress or Senate committee. But of course with the greatest of speed this was rejected; 'That is not the proper platform to bring things like that up.' The American public bought this instantly, they are flock stuff in acting this way. But local prosecutors are also filled with infinite wisdom, let me quote what one of those told me: 'If you know where Osama is hiding you should contact the Dutch secret service, there is a 50 million dollar reward on his head'. Yes, this is what you get if you have a full working life and only look at the eight o'clock news in the evening. That is what you get when you are a 'dynamical team player' (read 'sheep in the flock'). I hope my cycle of so called 'nasty letters' are nasty enough (see index
to those), and I hope that from the emotions they feel after reading those
nasty letters they understand the trigger hypothesis a bit better.
