Timeline date=around 20 November 2002 (following my 12 Nov arrest).

This was the day of my second arrest related with the smashing of 26 courthouse windows. Since only little progress was made after my previous arrest I just decided to come in rather hard. But while I was slamming windows in the evening suddenly my axe broke. (On that little fact you can see how very negative I was about the local courthouse because I used this axe for about 5 years to cut wood and it never broke in those 5 years, so I was mad as hell).

Back to my house to repair it and I took the time to smoke a cigarette. Since I was planning some arrest I took my tobacco with me and before leaving I did write on an A4 size paper the next message:

In English this means 'Sorry cops, ringing = smallpox = maximum 2000 million (death).

And when I left to go to the courthouse again I left the door open. Also I tried to estimate the time when guards would be there, and indeed when I arrived again they were driving on the sidewalk and parked the car in front of the building. They passed me on less than a meter distance and when they were in front of the building I took some more windows.

After this I hurried the other way around the building because I would try to smash their car too. But when I arrived there a few elderly were standing there with a female that could be their granddaughter and I did not want to scare those people by axing the car. So I decided to try to spot the incoming police and I drove with my bike to the center of the city and tried to estimate time and route. And indeed when I was at the end of the so called Broerstraat (the University street) a police car passed me with relatively high speed. Again it was less than a meter distance (if I had some 9 mm stuff with me around I could do some very nasty shots right there but I do not like 9 mm stuff I still prefer axes...).

To make a long story short, I drove to the courthouse again. Parked my bike and walked to them and I was arrested for the second time because of courthouse window smashing.
When I was driven to the police station I said 'Oops, my front door is still open! Could anybody shut it?'
And they did, via the radio it was asked to close the door. 

When I returned on Friday I saw the A4 size paper in my hallway, so they removed it from my front door and laid it in the house.

Why is that A4 size paper of any interest? That is very simple, it proofs that all I have to do is make a lot of noise (to recite) and after that always something happens.
In this case it was observed that the famous leader in the War on Terror did decide to give smallpox vaccination to 10 million Americans, about 5 million military service men and about 5 million health care workers.

It is also of interest to notice that even a lot of American (health and/or terror) experts did not expect this vaccination number being that high. Most were thinking it would not exceed 500 thousand and now it was 20 times as much....
Even some health care budgets were exhausted (or may be anti bio terror budgets were exhausted) and for other bio terror threats some lack of money could emerge in the future.

To me this was a relatively big surprise, because 10 million vaccinations mean something like 20 expected death (with a standard deviation of 4 to 5). And also a lot of invalid will arise from the 10 million vaccinations, beside this all 10 million will be a bit sick for some days.  

On the other hand if an attack with smallpox would be there it could kill one third of the population and that is a horrible amount of dead people. For myself I did not quite understand why so many were vaccinated but later I did find in the Media that a very strong line of smallpox could be missing from the former republic of the USSR. And again I have to say 'If my trigger hypothesis is right than all I do and all I say will scare the White House' (sorry if you feel bored if you do not believe me, but I just like to scare the shit out of the White House, sorry for that....).

At last I would like to remark that I do hope there will never ever be a smallpox attack. Simply because the Americans have vaccination enough and there is a big chance that the smallpox will invade a lot of poor countries. And when there is a worldwide run on smallpox vaccinations than poor countries simply cannot afford the price of vaccination.
You understand it is a true nightmare if one third of a population of a country is wiped out, so never do this please...

End of the smallpox hoax (yes my dear readers, it was only a hoax nothing more and nothing less). It could be this hoax was the root of the decision to vaccinate a rough 10 million instead of 500 thousand. I do not know, the future will tell (in 3 decades the governmental notes come free, long time waiting, long time waiting).
