In the first place my excuses that it took so long to finally write this down, but I wanted this extra text for sure as a 'number one extra text' to some solar month. And the previous solar month (September) was at the beginning occupied by other details. I need, or better the WarTribuanal needs, some very important information from you. It is about the actual start from the Russian invasion into Afghanistan, rumors go that it was only a few deliveries of military aid that started it all up. There are three main sources of information for this;
You guys might wonder why I need this very old information from so long ago, the answer is simple: Luring entire nations into war is considered as one of the ultimate war crimes by me. If this ultimate war crime is indeed confirmed there is moral justification to start asymmetric war against America using the (dangerous) method of designer diseases. But given the enormous amount of possible fatalities there must be rock hard moral foundation. Only when all these three sources together point into the direction of a 'ultimate war crime' done by the Americans, the method of designer diseases is justified. So this all is very difficult for you to find, most people from those days having some official position in that old government are dead or abroad. May be there are still reliable stories told into your society, if you can start combine the facts, stories, photos and files from those long gone days that would be fine. How you bundle all that information is up to you, a book or a museum or a website or whatever is up to you. A formal WarMuseum would may be best for this, but the whole concept of a WarMuseum could again give rise to trouble between the Afghan factions. __________________________ In another development I have expressed lately my desire to substitute puppy growing and opium production with so called 'legal opium' (for use in Western pharmaceutical industry) and may be that new discovery with 'addiction free' opium puppies. May I ask the mujahedin to withhold all attacks against people and facilities that work into that direction for a period of 2 to 4 years? When the new government picks up the method of 'substitution' from illegal to legal opium production just withhold attacks for this period. Only when after a few years it is clear that corruption had set in, attacks must be there. Compare it, for example, with Saudi Arabia and how that country changed when the oil revenues started flowing in. Even these days the Saudis are nothing without all those foreign workers, this house of Saud is a big embarrassment for the Islamic religion. So much money did come in but these people only thanked God that they were the chosen ones to lead that nation... And with all that money flowing in, all the Saudi leaders did was keeping the own population stupid and simple and docile. But with the puppy transformation stuff a whole new spectrum of political forces enters the scene, so many non-mujahedin are involved too. Yet, in the long run and over the decades, most Afghanis will understand that a few registered Western medicines are a large source of income and that in the long run every Afghani can profit from that. So that's it, information upon the start of the Russian invasion must be bundled and please withhold attacks against transformation of the puppy growth problem in Afghanistan.

Post Scriptum: Again thanks for your help in that razorsharp killing of Western soldiers on trial dates set apart many months, it takes a long time to ring that message home to other militaries but of course I will update upon new trial dates that this Dutch government thinks are important...
