Swayed or not?

Not even the arrest did sway the hijackers.

Timeline date=19 June 2002.

This is a small fact about the court case of the 20th hijacker, Zaccarias Moussaoui is his name. There are a few interesting details to mention about this case:

We start with Sen. Dick Durbin who said 'All planning started back in 1998......Not even the arrest of the 20th hijacker did sway the terrorists.'. 
What can we conclude about this tiny piece of information? Two things:

1) They were not swayed at all, or

2) They were swayed by something else.

It could be that they were not swayed at all, but in that case the 11 Sept date must have been chosen long ago. This is not in line with other facts, other facts suggest that the final execution decision was made in the week before the 11th September.  

And again, I think that a part of the swaying could be explained via that story called 'The birth of the KinkyWeb'. Part one to be precise, I published the first part on 6 September (may be on 5 Sept the first pieces, I do not know anymore). This also included the pics with the two lightning's on it by the way.

And again, there could be a lot of other reasons, as for example visa dates that would expire soon or what else you can think of. But I think that my joke of 'The NSA is tracing me' could be misinterpreted by Mohammed Atta and friends. Could be, it was just a joke but how could they know?

More strange facts around the Moussaoui case; At the start of that case some federal judge did impose a broad order on all kind of info that now could not reach the media and the public anymore.
This had to do with the so called Patriot act that allows authorities to keep most things secret, but the longer we are down the timeline (now it is Jan 2003) the longer it seems not needed to keep things in the dark.  

Zaccarias even wanted to testify before the Senate or the Congress but we never heard from that again. He said 'I have information about the preparation and the execution of the atrocities and I want to testify before Senate' (or Congress, RV).

At the end of this timeline nr20 I would like to bring forward another very small detail that is never observed again. At the start of the War on Terror it was told that even some sex websites were under investigation because it could be that via the pics secret messages were send.
But I never came across the name of one of those websites, while other names of just plain 'fundamental Muslim' sites were mentioned the 'sex websites' were never mentioned again.
To complete this last, right after the War on Terror started the White House declared that this war will be very different in the sense that a lot of men will be sitting at desks fighting this war (of course this also included financial investigations).

To me this website pics sending did sound a bit strange, would Osama really change pics with secret messages? Or his inner circle? Of course you never know but to me this did not seem very real.

End of the 'swaying part', what do you think; Were the hijackers swayed or not? And why did Mohammed Atta practice body building?
And why did the bunch of 19 booze drinking&porn video watching guys never go on a training into Afghanistan? (But roommates have been there, that is all for the 'Afghan' connection) Etc, with all this Patriot act stuff around it will take some time before all this is known I guess.
