(28 Jan 2026) A video channel named Samtime has a funny video out upon all the chaos from Microsoft surrounding Windows 11. Now one of my computers also has Windows 11 and to be honest I am considering too if I should migrate to Linux. People who use Linux say that it has two properties: 1) It acts like a computer and 2) It does what you want it to do. 

And I was like: Wow it does not act like a marketing gimmick and it does what you want? And it acts as a computer just all of the time? Wow.
But serious: the main benefit of migrating to Linux is you can say goodbye to Microsoft or Microslop as it is known lately for the rest of your life. Anyway here is the video:

Jason Jay Smart has a video out on the financial situation inside Russia and of course that if far from optimal. Very high interest rates on loans, 50 year long mortgages and funny stuff like that. And of course since it is now a war economy for a couple of years that more and more makes the population poorer and poorer.

There are also major financial head and backwinds: The global low oil prices is a good thing. So attacks on Russian oil installations will not lead to global economical pressure from very high oil prices. On the other hand, Russia had a lot of gold and gold has gone ballistic. May be this day it was over 5000 dollar a troy ounce. The same goes for silver that has also gone parabolic, I have no clue how much silver there is in Russia but you get the point: The economy might be in shambles, all in all Russia is still far from economically dead. A very different subject has been found by Joe Blogs, it is about internet outages inside Russia. Now I complained about Microsoft above but the Russian government is far worse when it comes to internet stuff. At present times if as a nation you have almost no internet access, that is damaging to your economy. What Joe did not take into consideration that likely still in large swaths of Russia there is just no internet. May be mobile but not cable high speed internet, just like there are plenty of villages where they don't have natural gas. Russia is a country where the government is not there to serve their population. It's more or less the other way around: The population must serve the government. Of course for the parts of the Russian economy that do depend on the internet, of course all that outage is not good. Here is Joe's video:

A long time ago on the other website I opened an entire category for mistakes. But I never posted much in it, may be one or two posts and that's it. To place every typo I find and repair into a separate  extra post is not very interesting for the readers I later thought.

But now many years later I have to say that a few posts back I was just what Microsoft is also very much lately: To hasty. If you don't take the time it needs for writing a bit of math, you always have a lousy product. Just like the updates from Windows 11 lately.

It is about the post on the full normal vector, what I did not fully realize or evaded my consciousness was that sometimes you get a zero vector. And of course that is not what you want because inside the scheme of making a non-square matrix into a square matrix, you also must normalize those extra new columns. And if that is a zero column the whole thing does not work anymore. 

So all in all that was reason for me to write this small post and it has a nice math tail with it because the cylinder equation I found with a bit of scribbling can also be found in the 3D complex and circular numbers. There it is a factor of the determinant so the new post also has some cute math beef in it. There's also a new typo in it, I still have to repair it but in the teaser image below it is already repaired. And that's another reason to leave typo's out: If new posts about a deeper flaw contain typo's that get another post, in that case my website would start looking like a company named Microsoft or Microslob.

I didn't have much time to follow that weird news but now no more military threats against Greenland and on top of that no economical stuff like tariffs? Anyway that's for the time being but it is an improvement for sure. Well thanks to those who did help into bringing the situation forward in this manner. And now, af if that was the goal all along, there is now attention for preventing China and Russia to take any kind of foothold in the entire artic. Well I am very much in favor of that so why did we need all that Greenland stuff in the first place. Now a lot of EU treasury holders will scrap themselves over the head and think one more time of selling it or at least not buy fresh US debt when stuff matures...

France did seize another oil tanker from the Russian shadow fleet, of course that is a good thing because a lot of these ships should have been scrapped already. Suchominus has his usual short video format, it's two minutes and a bit long:

And a very different thing is done by Joe Blogs who looks at the price of Russian oil a barrel in rubles. It is well known that the Russians try to keep the ruble strong and that makes imports cheaper but at the same time for every barrel of oil they get less rubles. From a very different video an energy expert said that the Russians make about 25 US$ costs to produce on one barrel, of course that is an average over their entire production if this number is correct. In that regard the low oil prices are a blessing or at least a little bit of wind in the back.

In the meantime the Ukrainians are suffering because there are so many attacks on their energy infrastructure. It's a hard winter for them. At last I want to correct a little typo made last week: The more or less new goal is not 6000 but 60 thousand Russian casualties per month. Anyway the Ukrainians will try to make it more attritional for the Russians by having higher casualty rates as the Russians can recruit. Present recruitment levels are about 30 thousand a month while the Russian financial situation is such that high bonuses are no longer possible.

During his second presidency I never remarked that Donald Trump, in my my view, is a mentally ill person because I try to stay polite. Only last week for the very first time I ventilated the simple insight once more. And just a few days later we have more or less solid conformation that the Donald has all kinds of weird psychological problems. Quote from what he texted to Norway:

"Dear Jonas: Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America.  

Let me not comment on it because that is a waste of time. All I say is I hope vaguely that the US congress and senate jump in and do something because otherwise this likely will not end well.

Two video's for this update; the first one is from Anders Puck Anderson and because he is Danish I believe I selected him. Often I agree with Anders Puck but this time not so much. I looks like Anders still thinks that if you use logical arguments enough that will help. I think we are dealing with a mentally ill person, logic does not help. It is always the same with this weirdo Trump, now there supposedly are lots of reasons as why the USA needs ownership of Greenland but day in day out I still did not hear the first reason. At first I did not know it was a compilation but soon I realized that even the Ukrainians can't take out so many Russian air defense systems in one or two nights. So I don't know what geographic span this is and what segment of time of last year but it's a lot:

It was my own fault but the other website is temporary on black, or better: on white because you only get an empty white page. Very likely it is just the click of a button to restore it, all I need is a newer php while the webserver people were so friendly to inform me that my old version dated back to 2005... But first I want to gather a bit more information because I do not want to run the risk of putting almost 400 posts together again by hand. So likely there is not much of a problem while there is a small probability that if done wrong it's a mountain of work that I prefer to avoid.

So I have a new math post but can't post it right now so why not look at that old stuff from the latest Nobel prize in physics: A guy with a gadget in his hands. I didn't have time but I wanted to include three of such things so I skipped the device from TU Delft where a person claims there are Majorana particles on them.

Therefore I was left with the spin based quantum chip from Intel from a couple of years back: The Tunnel Falls chip. At the time I remarked that we will never hear from it again because it is just 12 electrons and if you can't flip the spin it won't work as a qubit. And yes all those years we never heard from it again while it was designed by Intel for researchers all over the world.

The other device is from this year's announcement of the Nobel prize in physics, likely this guy has a device with so called Josephson junctions in his hand. Such a junction is a ring of superconducting metal and there is a small patch of insulating material in between them. But electron pairs can pass this small layer of resistance to unpaired electron without any resistance. So it is obvious that the magnetic neutrality of the electron pair is important and therefore it is not mentioned. Anyway those physics people still don't have a clue that they have something wrong with their idea's upon electron spin as a binary magnetic thing. So beside the US ruling class of parasitic billionaired, there are more groups of strange people in this world. And more of that nonsense: The Donald comes out they need ownership of Greenland because of the golden dome. The only problem is of course: he is to fucking stupid to judge if this is really needed.
Furthermore at the height of the cold war the US had about 100 times as much military personnel on Greenland in over a dozen military bases. So this is all bullshit what Donald, fucking stupid as he is, says. At any point in time the US could scale up military stuff on Greenland.  

Than there is those weird claims that China will take Greenland. Once more we see stupidity in action: Greenland is already a part of NATO so likely China will scratch itself a few hundred times before attacking Greenland. There are no observed Chinese military vessels over there.

But there is much more weird stuff going on like those people that claim the Greenlanders want to belong to the USA because Denmark treats them so bad. Well a large fraction of the Greenlanders are so called natives (and of course a lot of Danes) and of course those natives have seen how their cousins in the USA fared during the colonization of the USA. And of course they want to be governed by the present US parasitic billionaire class. Who wouldn't love that? Rules by real fucking parasites, it's lovely.

And he has also footage of a brilliant Russian battlefield invention that will shield the Russian soldiers from Ukrainian drones. It seems to be a standard product likely produced in China: Portable toilet tents. I think the best and brightest minds in Russia have worked a long time over this solution. For sure it is a solution worthy for Russians, we observe a near perfect harmony between their cognitive capacities and their battle field improvements.

Well this year the Ukrainians want to try to get more Russians killed on a monthly basis: Goal is increase drone production until about 6000 Russians are killed (or at least taken from the battlefield) every month. Let me wish the Ukrainians good luck with this noble target.

(14 Jan 2026) Lately some people try to give examples as why Donald Trump is a dumb man. Well show me just one thing that is carefully thought through. All stuff he does is always highly contradictionary, for example that Venezuela oil stuff:

1) US oil companies were supposed to invest 100 billion US$ and
2) Oil prices must stay low because that's good for the economy. 

Most oil execs need less as three seconds to figure out this is not going to work, that beside from the uncertain security situation over there. He is just baseline stupid every day and he never learns from his mistakes. Therefore I view him as a mentally ill person, I don't know what it is but if you look at the daily nonsense it is obvious he has mental issues. 

The Wall $treet Millennial had a funny video out over another guy who likely does not know either what he is doing: Open AI's Sam Altman. In the video you see the Donald bragging about one hundred thousand jobs and now one year later it's about 7000 jobs likely most of them temporary. To me it feels like the whole of the USA is getting dumber by the week. And that dumbness is mostly concentrated in the political leadership and tech CEO's that are ai related.

Of course if the most important NATO member starts attacking other NATO countries, like now we are enjoying possible military action against Greenland, of course that is the end of NATO. As long as you have a prez that is not a crazy person, that model actually works. And if you vote a weirdo like the Donald into it, well lately the Americans but also the rest of the world got what the Americans voted for: A lunatic.

Lets take a look at a small section of the video from Jake; we see African blacks dancing in the woods happy to attack Ukrainians. And a short moment later some guy named Francis ready to collect his promised bonus. Now all kinds of racism is a well known problem. Why inside Africa they rather bad understand how racist Russians are towards nigga's is unknown to me. Ok you might try to use the colonial times or the slave trade as an explanation and yes I can understand how Africans feel about that. But going to Russia is likely not good for your lifespan, Russia is a very aggressive society. Just look up the average ages of males compared to females. A lot is vodka of course but also raw aggression and high murder rates. Anyway here is the video:

If you hear the Russian officer ranting at Francis you wonder: why? I think that this officer has been treaded himself many times like that. In Russia they never had the enlightment where we more or less stopped using the own population as slaves. While in Russia this enlightment stuff never took off and till today they constantly try to enslave parts of their own population. They really are very different and if you mix that in with relative high levels of aggression in their society, that more or less explains the short lifespan of Russian males.

A video channel named Phisics with Elliot has a relatively good video out on electric fields. It is all very classical so no quantum nonsense like 'always in a super position' or 'fundamental probabilistic nature' or more of that stuff that is never validated by experiments. But Elliot includes relativistic effects on high speed electrons so it is not classical like 'only 19-century physics'.

It is no secret that since the year 2015 more and more I became convinced that electrons are magnetic monopoles that have a permanent magnetic charge. That makes a lot of stuff like electron pair formation or explaining the outcome of the Stern-Gerlach experiment much more logical. This video is not about the magnetic properties of the electron in particular nothing about electron pairs. Otherwise I would not have selected this video because the official accepted version of an electron pair is so weird it can't be right. Why the physics people just don't see it is not very good understood by me: why do they keep on talking out of their necks? Why never remark more experimental validation might by important? But no, they keep on talking out of their necks year in year out so likely this new year 2026 will bring zero change. Here is the video:

The idea is dumb to the bone but I searched for "What are the benefits of data centers in space?" And that's enough solar power round the clock. And the heat of the data center? No problemo that can you simply radiate away... This is all totally stupid, yes there is much more solar energy but there is also 24 hours a day all kinds of radiation. And those ai chips whether it's from NVIDEA or something else, they are very fragile. I have no idea how long they last in space but it's not very long. The Institute for Art and Idea's is a kind of talking club and people who love to hear their own voice often like to go there so they can listen to their own voice speaking. I don't look at their video's often, almost never to be honest, because it is not much science but more all kinds of debates. These people often get very passionate when they talk about subjects like the collapse of the wave function or the many worlds version of quantum mechanics. I do consider stuff like that not science, of course it is not forbidden if you slobber down a pint to talk about that kind of stuff but again it is not science.

This video from a philosopher named Alyssa Ney contains the worst application of math I have seen in many years. Let me give you an example with language and not math because that honor is to Alyssa in her video, but in the image below you can already see that math bullshit where this scientist makes one point from two claiming they now have no distance..

Our nearest neighbor star is Alpha Centaury and that is about 4 lightyears away from Our Sun. Now how do I make one system with these two stars? Very simple: I  write it as OurSunAlphaCentaury and I claim that because this is one word it is also one system without much separation at all. I hope you will find me a crazy person when I made claims like this: writing their names down without a space between them does not change the actual distance between these stars.

But the lady in the video just does that, she makes a 6D vector and it is just totally horrible bad math. Alyssa had an actual job at an university, I believe it is Oxford, and she has scientific pals like Tim Maudlin and that guy is a fanatic believer in all that Bell stuff faster as light crap. Tim has even a foundation or a building named after John Bell. Of course it does not help much that Nobel prizes have been awarded for that bullshit but likely if quantum computers need entanglement in order to function properly the future is clear: Not in a thousand years they will work properly.

So here is the video, it's a bit long but I managed to see it to the end. If you feel the need to vomit during watching this beautiful piece of math may be you should do something else. May be even read a religious text as say for example the Bible or the Qoran because those texts are much more carefully thought through compared to this video.

(07 Jan 2026) Vanessa Wingårdh had an interesting video out explaining that job losses due to ai are very much overblown. The present ai just isn't up to the task. Compare it to the 90-ties: Lots of IT projects, giant cost overshoots, often it did not work properly or failed and the stuff was cancelled. And 10 years later it all more or less works. I think that ai evolution will be similar, but as long at those weird CEO's think that you can do a lot of scientific discoveries with ai, likely that won't go that fast. But scientists are using LLM models to write more so that only increases the number of new scientific articles. Nobody is waiting for that because right now with only human input it is often hard to read all the new stuff out there. But those ai company CEO's are truly stupid with their talk of data centers in space. Why do you make such idiots a CEO in the first place? Here's the video:

Ok, the USA is supposedly going to run Venezuela? I don't think most Venezuelians are waiting for all that chaos although they had of course their sheer portion of stupid leadership over the last decades. The biggest set back is that the likelyhood of Greenland being invaded by the USA is now two or three times as big, that is a real set back.

Beside that look at all that tarif madness, ok you don't stamp a new military raid out of the ground like a Sunday night tweet on new tariffs but all in all we can easily look at say five invasions if the Donald goes on unhindered. The guy can't even get a ball room out of the ground while he was a lifelong property developer. And the tariffs themselves are supposed to help the US industry but the entire year every month in 2025 US industrial output declined. The guy that describes himself as a 'stable genius' is much more a flatliner if you ask me: And yes that is stable, it's flat... 

On the funny side the Russians have discovered so called international law that says you can't invade other countries with silly excuses. Now don't get me wrong, I also had a strong dislike for Maduro but I wonder if replacing him will help a lot. There is no regime change at all, only a president that got arrested. The military action itself was more or less perfect but what I do not understand is that Venezuela also had about 4000 manpads, why did nobody use it for shooting down US helicopters? That's kinda weird but may be there is much more incompetence going on with the present Venezuelan government, I don't know, I never been there nor will I ever go.  

Interesting detail is that the Donald did not want to support the opposition leader because she got a Nobel peace prize. Oh oh, why is the Donald always every day so fucking stupid? Donald it is very easy to win a Nobel peace price: Just make sure to bring those kidnapped Ukrainian kids home and even I will support such a prize for you. Or may be build a ball room, bring prices down, release the Epstein files or whatever what.

This video is about two types of drones that are produced in Germany and that is a good thing because those Ukrainian drones are battle tested. So it is great that technical knowledge like this enters German industry.

I did not have a fancy image but yesterday I posted the criticism I have on all that 'faster than light' stuff the physics community lives in. But it is very hard to crack now this kind of 'knowledge' is rooted inside their brains, there are even Nobel prizes handed out for this so it is now more or less official.

And it is hard to disprove, for example I think that in the experiments done with those down parametrizising crystals where always photon pairs are made with opposite linear polarization, very likely an electron pair jumps up and down the energy ladder and because those electrons have opposite spins that is enough to explain the opposite linear polarization. But how the fuck do you prove such a thing? Compared to that the experiment as done by Nobel laureate Clauser was a cakewalk: He used cascading electrons so the photon pair were guaranteed created by the same electron, hence he always found the same linear polarization.

I am the first to admit the title is a tiny bit over the top: There is only one fundamental flaw in the video and that is the 'proof' where they use talk out of your neck probabilities and show that the Einstein hidden variables is not true. To my excuse I do not have those multi million marketing budgets like most universities have.

I was busy cleaning the entire house today with totally exiting stuff like cleaning the windows and make a lot of stuff shiny again. So I have only one item for this update and even that item is very short. So lets go:

All in all there were something like 10 attacks on Russia but for that it is always handy to take a look at the prof Gerdes channel who makes daily oversights. But I didn't have time to see the Gerdes video so I choose the Suchominus video with the funny title instead. 

So it's 01 Jan of the new year 2026 and the first oil refinery is attacked. And the weird thing is inside Russia it is forbidden to mention those attacks or for the public to post video's about it on social media. So we have the weird situation where outside of Russia for people who want to know, they have a far far better understanding of what is going on compared to the general public in Russia (almost zero knowledge) to officials (but the information streams inside Russia are often very weird and dysfunctional). Just like all that weird stuff that is going on in the Russian army.

(31 Dec 2025) Ok the last day of the year has arrived, let me wish you a happy and healthy 2026. The two items of today:

Like expected the peace talks did not bring much peace. Don't forget Donald Trump is far to dumb to craft a workable peace, look for example at the latest ball room idea's: Despite the fact he was a property developer all of his life, he can't even get a ball room out of the ground.

A more or less worrying sign was the fact the Donald had a telephone conversation with his Putin pal and according to the Donald this was a very productive phone call. This is worrying because if those two guys have 'productive' phone calls that means they are more or less equally smart although I think Putin is the better of Trump when it comes to cognitive functioning.

But Putin is definitively dumber a physics professors talking about electron spin and in my world that is already a relative low target.  

Then there was this weird accusation of the Kremlin by mouth of Lavrov that Ukraine had fired  91 drones at a house of Putin, all 91 drones had been downed and there was no damage. The Russians had already selected their targets. The Donald, dumb as he is, believed this story from Putin.

This is so stupid, even if it was true there were 91 drones, for Russian air defense to down them all is totally impossible. Last week or so even Iran cancelled new orders for air defense from Russia because it works so bad.  

If the Russians target UA government buildings in retaliation for something Ukraine likely did not do at all, in that case even the Kremlin building itself becomes a target as far as I am concerned. That would clearly be an escalation so it should not be done lightly but it is not a secret I would love to have a smoking pile of rubble where the Kremlin once stood.

Now not all people in the USA and Russia are as dumb as their political leadership. Ok, lets go to the last item of this year.

A few years back I lost all the backgrounds I used for math texts. They were made by an old graphics program where if I saved an image in say a jpg or png file format always showed me how long it would take to send the image over a phone line using a 28.8 kB modem. 

That's  how old it was: Not a modern fast high speed modem of 56 kB but a 28.8 kB modem. That old graphics software was very good but in the years of the dot com bubble it was bought up by another company, likely Adobe, never to be heard of again.

Now by sheer luck I was playing a bit around in that GIMP app or software as we used to call it and to my surprise I produced as thing that look a lot like the old style I had developed. This is how it looks: 

It is not exactly the same but it is good enough so I will use this kind of stuff. If you have GIMP yourself, it is in the GMIC-Qt extension with hundreds of filters and the name is Relief Light.  

I also wasted over an hour in making the background of the next image that I will use in my next post on the other website. I could have done a similar thing with just some cut and paste and be done in say 30 seconds but I tried things like layer masks and there you must work with black and white to get transparency or not. I selected the hilarious text from copilot one more time because those physics people often use the sequential Stern-Gerlach experiment as something that has been done in practice. For example at IBM they think this experiment was done many many times so that raises strong doubts upon the quality of their quantum computers.

But I have also observed people from universities claiming this was a real experiment, but no it has never been done. There is zero experimental validation of the probabilities of measuring electron spin, it is not a so called 'five sigma' result with a high statistical threshold. (26 Dec 2025) I used the wrong date in the previous update, it was for 24 Dec of course and not 25 Dec. It seems that the famous Epstein files that are redacted by those black blocks to hide the names of famous people but also the victims, if you just copy and paste it into another text editor you can read it all unredacted... And I could not verify it but someone said that in order to redact it permanently you need an Adobe subscription or a premium subscription and that was canceled by that other hero Elon Musk. Well I guess the Americans are getting what they voted for.

The last years Kazakhstan has been an important hub for Russia to get goods it otherwise cannot get. All those so called dual use goods, lots of electronics useable for military hardware and so on and so on. That is understandable given the long trade relations they must have with their neighbor Russia but it is also very unhelpful. RFU is reporting that Kazakhstan shuts down military and dual use supplies. Well lets hope it's more as just words and it will actually work. Here's the video:

Now lately a lot of people have been wondering why the Kremlin behaves like to does and talk the way it does; zero concessions to Ukraine and Ukraine must give up the Donbass etc etc. Often this is explained in a very simple manner like generals that are lying to Putin about the military situation inside Ukraine.
For example the FT had a piece "How upbeat battlefield briefings are fuelling Putin's confidence" but that is already behind a paywall.

I think that for a long time the flow of information inside the Russian military is totally unreliable and that this is the case for many years. And because Putin is such a stupid piece of shit he is not capable of reading between the lines and making a more realistic assessment of the actual situation. After all this is more or less his job as Russia's dictator but he is just to fucking stupid for that.   

Ukraine matters had an interesting video about the Russian minister of Defense Andrey Belousov and it is staggering to hear what the Russians themselves think about the war. Totally crazy numbers that point to a system of information flow that is totally worthless and unreliable. Here's the video:

All in all this is a big problem for Ukraine; If Russia thinks all kinds of crap is true, how can you get a meaningful sort of halting of the war? I am not very optimistic on that detail; you just can't make a deal with a dumb weirdo like Putin. Lets go to the next item.

Two days back I showed you those three ai answers on who performed a sequential Stern-Gerlach experiment. Of course such an experiment has never been done but as far as I know among the physics community there is almost no awareness of this.

The physics people always brag that they have a five-sigma acceptance for new theory but that is just not the case. They have all those theoretical probabilities for the outcome of electron spin measurements but there is zero experimental validation for that.    

But they use those theoretical values (just some cosine of half an angle stuff) to 'prove' that in a Bell experiment there are no hidden variables possible. In the video from Veritasium this is shown by the lady, remark it is all totally wrong in case what I think that electrons are magnetic monopoles is actually true. Beside that they have never done a Bell test or Bell experiment with actual electrons because as the Nobel prize winner Aspect said himself: That would be to difficult.

In itself the video is good made and produced and of course I do not force my own opinion on you, if you want to believe all that faster as light stuff be my guest, but for myself speaking I think it is all crap. Photons do not send signals to each other faster as the speed of light, as far as I know photons never interact with each other in such a way that they change say linear polarization. (24 Dec 2025) Pivot to ai had a short video out with a very interesting experiment: Take two ai's, one that you can give a promt and it makes an image. The other you can give an image and it tells what's in the image.

From that you can make a loop and use the description in words of the picture as a prompt for a new image. And, that is what pivot claims, it converges always to one of 12 templates? On the one hand that is funny, on the other hand it is a bit disappointing because you would expect much more hocus pocus going on. I did not read the work where the video was based on but here's the short video:

Now there seems to be a special envoy to Greenland and he is promoting Greenland becoming a part of the USA. Some people argue that Trump is doing this because of the release of the Epstein files. Now we are talking about the Epstein files, what do you think: Did Donald Trump had sex with underage teens yes or no. I think it is a definite yes although there are people that claim he likes young females more. Well I all don't know but fuckmeat is fuckmeat and Donald is not the kind of guy to waste a good piece of fuckmeat. That's what I think of it, but is such stuff also in  the Epstein files? I really do not know and also I am not that much interested in it. Can the USA please stop with this stupid Greenland stuff?

I've only one video today because I did not have much time. But Pyotr Kurzin told about Ural oil at 34$ a barrel? That's likely a serious loss per barrel for Russia but they have to keep pumping the oil otherwise a lot of oil pumping infrastructure will freeze over. And that is much much more expensive compared of the present day selling at a loss. As far as I can see it, it all converges into the right direction in the Russian economy. Stuff like large numbers of loan defaults in the Russian banking sector. But it has to get a lot more worse then now, but another point of light is that Russians are buying less food. So all those economical sanctions work in the long run and on top of that since begin August the kinetic sanctions as done by Ukraine. Anyway here is Pyotr's video:

A lot more did happen like a lot of attacks in the Caspian sea, that's an interesting expansion as of lately. But we have to skip all of that and go to the next item. 

 Item 2) The three ai's for Christmas.

Until now I had never used the ai assistant we presently have when using an internet search engine. So I wondered what I would get if I asked the ai the next question that, it has to be remarked, is a false question. Nobody has done a sequential or repeated Stern-Gerlach experiment. So my question was: 

 Who performed a sequential Stern Gerlach experiment?

And I did not save it, but the first ai was from the search engine DuckDuckGo and it said David Deutsch! Well you can say a lot about Mr. Deutsch, for example he is very good at wooly wooly talk. Beside that he is a theory guy and not an experimentalist. So this ai just makes up some bullshit and that is  why you must not use an ai for things like this.  

The second try gave the next answer: 

 The sequential Stern-Gerlach experiment was performed by Otto Stern and Walther Gerlach in the early 1920s. They conducted the original Stern-Gerlach experiment in 1922, which demonstrated the quantization
of angular momentum in particles.

That is also pure nonsense of course, Stern and Gerlach did only one pass and not a repeated one to check if the theoretical probabilities were true yes or no.

The third try was at Microsoft's bing search engine and there I could use that COPILOT thing they have and try to get on your Windows 11 computer if you have such a thing. To my surprise this was really a much better answer but it also confirmed what of course I already know for years: Such critical experiments never have been conducted. The physics professors talk out of their neck when it comes to the probabilities with stuff like the cosine of half the angle. Very similar with measuring linear polarization of light but ha ha ha, that is validated thousand and millions of time. But just never for electron spin... Anyway this is what COPILOT responded:

Well of course that is bullshit too or if you want: talking out of your neck. If say the first spin measuring thing is say vertical, so a vertical magnetic field. All you need to preserve the quantum spin state of the electrons in between is just a weak vertical magnetic field.  

In the next update I will show you a video where people think stuff can go faster as light because of the Bell thing. And they 'disprove' the existence of the so called 'hidden variables' from Einstein using the results of a repeated Stern-Gerlach experiment...  

These people from physics have, in many ways, their head in their assholes.

I looked at some video channel I had never seen before and it was just some footage without any comment or much structure in it. First I saw Ursula talking about funding for Ukraine. And ok, yes that is difficult. After that I did not understand what was going on, our own flag there and the Zelensky guy but also Dutch political folks. I wondered: What is this?

Actually this is related to the Russian war crimes, likely the scene was shot at the international courts that do this. And yes that is also in my country because it's in the Hague. Suchominus had a video out (and later an extra I don't have a link to but that one contains a very good image of the actual damage) and it is more or lesss like I feared and hoped one day earlier:

I feared a bit that the actual target was missed but I hoped that the Russian kilo class submarine was actually damaged. That seems to be the case, in the video below it is not ultra sharp clear but it is reasonable to expect the back of the submarine a bit sunk in the water. Also that was the only submarine that was not moved also strongly pointing to the thing is too damaged to move by itself or get towed or so. 

So all in all it still likes a historical detail: The very first submarine drone. And you might think a bit for yourself how such a thing can navigate under water and still find it's target... By all standards this is an amazing development and my compliments to the Ukrainians!

Just too much news from so called peace negotiations where I do not have much hope for a quick breakthrough to military planes breaking up midair, kilo class submarine attacked by the first drone submarine and so on and so on.

Beside that today in my own parliament we had a visit from Zelensky who gave a short speech before both chambers of parliament. There was also the weird case of general Kuzovlev who has told Putin that Kupiansk was taken by Russia and guess what? Greeting from Kupiansk brought to you by Zelensky! Inside Russia you hear sounds that people are lying to the great leader Putin, but often that is not the case. It is Putin himself year in year out not being able to figure out what is true and what not. Just like from before the war when the Russians were that weird and stupid to think a majority of the Ukrainians would welcome them, Putin believes the most weird crazy stuff and that's why we are in the present situation.

And of course what likely already is military history, the attack on a kilo class Russian submarine. Now it has to be remarked that at this point in time I do not know if all is ultra confirmed because satellite image also shows much damage at the pier in the corner so may be tomorrow will bring more on this detail. But if it is all confirmed we now have a military capable of taking out Russian nuke submarines and what do we do? Saying Ukraine can't join NATO in order not to hurt the precious feelings of Putin? This is all stuff from Crazyland.

May be all in all there are now 3 from the prewar 6 kilo class submarines destroyed or damaged. There was plenty of more news we have to skip, another attack on an oil tanker and Russia had attacked a bunch of Turkish ships that were just transporting goods. But the ugly clock says we have to go to the next item and that is what we will do.

In the update from precisely one week ago I showed you another video that claims to have proof that say in this case, 3D and 5D complex numbers do not exist. Well I think otherwise, 3D and 5D complex numbers are full fledged nieces and cousins of the complex plane because they allow for complex analysis something that lacks for the full 100% on stuff like the 4D quaternions.  

Now I did not feel attacking the maker of that video from a video channel named Math Travel, it is more the university people still doing weird. Well we talked about that before and I don't feel like repeating that. 

So I made the smallest proof possible and when finished I realized you can also do this for say 3x3 matrices with of course real entries: There exists no 3x3 matrix A that square up to -I where I denotes the 3x3 identity matrix. The proof is utterly simple: Take the determinant of -I, that is -1. But the determinant of any 3x3 matrix A is always a positive number or zero. So that will never happen smothering all dreams of finding a complex plane in a space with an odd dimension to death.

It was another hefty night for Russia last night but of course every week and day Ukraine receives a lot of damage themselves. In the Black Sea a third tanker was attacked by multiple sea drones, likely those with the Sea Baby name. And those babies like to hang out with each other and do stuff together. By the way there is also beautiful footage out in infrared where you can clearly see what part of the ship is the engine room. This does not look good for the average tanker...

Anyway the stable genius from the White House remarked that Ukraine should hold elections, the presidential type in particular. I guess you must have a very stable level of geniality to suggest elections for a country like Ukraine are remotely possible.    

But there is more weird stuff going on, the Donald also seems to try and force Ukraine to do that peace deal while in the meantime Russia just goes on and will do nothing else as they already wanted. Why are we ruled by nutjobs? 

I don't have much time so only one item and for the rest just  two video's. The first is from Steve Rosenberg going through the Moscow newspapers. Of course a newspaper is not the official position from the Kremlin but likely in this case there is no light between the newspapers and the Kremlin: They don't want to stop fighting in order to promote elections.

I don't want to talk about that weird peace plan that will never ever bring peace of course. And also not about that new US global strategy kind of stuff. Just a weird detail from a video from Jason Jay Smart about the ridiculous number of Putin's relatives in the Russian government. There's at least 24 of them so that's literally the Putin tribe. In a very different development may be in a few days time the frozen Russian reserves come unfrozen. Now from the beginning I was in favor of that despite it is more or less unprecedented. Now Belgium had reasonable demands like that they are not holding the bag when in the future a court might decide that Russia is still the owner of those reserves. Well Belgium is even smaller as my home country and given the amount of money that is of course a reasonable request or demand.

Now fresh in the minds of most readers is likely the corruption scandal in Ukraine, I didn't write about it but it was serious stuff. And the reserves if indeed they become unfrozen is a serious amount of money too. So I really hope that in the future we don't hear from crazy kick back schemes in the 10% range when it involves billions and billions... 

So I don't know, the alternative of not giving the money to Ukraine is also not a very satisfying idea and later on a daily basis enjoy looking at video's from bombed civilian apartments. Lets hope for the best it all goes through. I selected a video from Times Radio but of course an item like this is much broader in the news given alone the size of the sum of money:

This year a few more of those '3D complex numbers do not exist' video's out. I skipped comment on a few of them but the latest from last week does it so blatantly wrong that it becomes funny again.

What all those video's and 'proofs' have in common is that they demand there is some imaginary unit that squares to -1 just like i in the complex plane does. After that they do some calculations and or manipulations, find some contradiction and declare that 3D complex numbers do not exist.

In 3D space there is nothing that squares to -1 and that ensures they work in their own way and that is based on 3 or the dimension they live in. There is now an imaginary unit that I name j and third power is now minus one:

j^3 = -1.  

I wrote a very small post with only a proof that in spaces with an odd number of dimensions, there is never a number to be found that squares to minus one. And at the same time in such spaces the determinant of -1 is also minus one because the dimension is odd. The determinant is always a real number and as such cannot square to minus one, it's a dumb pipe dream.

So in all those video's and 'proofs' they use imaginary units that do not exist in the first place...

All that peace stuff ran fast into insignificance, the US delegation had to wait for hours and then they got to see Putin. And the whole thing lasted five hours so listening so long to such a dumb and arrogant person must have been an interesting experience for the US delegation.
Of course the US delegation has lots of experience in listening to arrogant people but those people don't talk for five hours long...

My own country has a quarter of a billion more in military aid for Ukraine via that PURL program for buying US weaponry. For me it is of interest because a part of those 250 million are for stuff fired from the F16.

In the previous update I wrote that there have been 4 attacks on oil tankers but all in all it might only be two done by Ukraine. The ship before the coast of Senegal misses a lot of the characteristics for a shadow fleet tanker according to the channel "What's going on with shipping?" The only suspicious thing was that this tanker was floating there for two full months so yes that is strange. But if all true that makes it far more unlikely that Ukraine is behind the explosions on that ship and more that something has gone wrong on the vessel itself.

And then the fourth ship: Technically that was an oil tanker but if transports sunflower oil. So that does not look like a target that would have been selected by the Ukrainians and Suchominus had one of his short but perfect video's on it. The wheel you see in the debris on the ship is likely from a GPS drone and you can't use GPS drones against a moving target. So that might very well a big fake and all damage to the Russian ship can be just some false flag stuff.

There was much more news as for example Ukrainian children going to North Korea. That sounds very filthy but hey it's just the Russian traditional family values and more of that crap. Lets go to the next item. 

 Item 2) Magnetic domains; what are domain walls?

The video from last update from Vertasium is very good except for the part on magnetism. If metals have magnetic domains if you like me think that electrons are magnetic monopoles, in that case a magnetic domain has a surplus of one kind of electrons and a shortage of the other kind.

The domain walls separate these two kinds of magnetic domains and as such play a very important role. You can compare it a little bit to say biological material where sometimes or often there is electron transport and you get parts with a surplus of electrons and a shortage.

Therefore along a domain wall on the opposite sides must be electrons with a different spin. Anyway there must be a noticeable difference otherwise there would not be a domain wall.

The official representation of a domain wall is always a bunch of arrows representing the bipolar magnetism and they all point in the same direction. It is often showed as a 2D image but of course magnetic domains are 3D structures. 

So what the official theory wants is impossible: you can't have all vectors pointing into one direction and always have opposite spins along the domain walls.

But if you view electron magnetism as a scalar property or may better should I say it is not a vector, in that case you don't have this contradiction of impossible wishes that should go at the same time. Let me repost the video from the last time so if you already have seen it, it's a double:

Just too much news almost every day again, for example an IMCB launch failed and there is damage on a rocket launch platform so Russia has now from some time no access to space. So that is good news of course, I wonder what would happen if the IMCB had a huge nuclear payload on them. Of course it should be designed such that the stuff does not go off, but it's Russia so do you really think that that will happen. 

There are now, as far as I know, four oil tankers attacked although the status of the Russian shadow fleet tanker for the coast of Senegal is unclear. The timing of the Senegal thing makes it highly suspicious after all it is not around the corner or so. 

And of course not to be forgotten the 'peace talks' in Moscow from 02 Dec, my expectations are pretty low. On top of that all there were some vague rumors about the USA halting intel sharing with Ukraine again and stopping delivery of weaponry and ammo again.  

Today's video is from Pyotr Kurzin and it's about gold inside Russia. A lot of gold is now at the Russian central bank and likely it was sold from that sovereign wealth fund to the central bank. Due to the international sanctions the central bank can't buy/sell gold like other central banks. As such the plans are now that the Russian oligarchs buy the stuff?  

Well that's interesting, do they get if for a very friendly price? Or must the oligarchs show patriotism and pay a price higher than the present high levels of gold? And there is something to this selling to the oligarchs: Later the Russian state can confiscate all that gold again and put it into say a sovereign wealth fund and as such the cycle would close in on itself.

In nature an awful lot of things are well described by a power law. A power law is a very simple piece of math, for example y = x^2$ is already a power law. An interesting example is animal body size or weight and the daily amount of calories they need. You must have more or less similar animals because of course reptiles have a very low calorie intake compared to mammels but both species likely have a simple power law for that class of animals (reptiles or mammals).

All in all the video is very good only the part on magnetism is not correct. But one important reason to post this video is that at about 18 minutes Veritasium remarks that if electron spins are aligned, that is the lowest energy state. Here of course lowest means lowest level of potential energy.

And that precisely what is wrong with the present crazy model they have for the electron pair: The famous Pauli exclusion principle says the spin numbers must be different and as such the magnetic spins in an electron pair must be anti-aligned. That is what I always mean when I say that there is an energy problem in the official version of and electron pair.  

So I made an extra very simple picture of a hydrogen molecule, the is the most simple molecule in the universe. And with magnetism like poles repel so if the official version of the standard model for particles was true, all hydrogen molecules would instantly fly apart. 

And when what I claim about electron magnetism is correct, they are magnetic monopoles and as such come in two flavors, the entire universe would not instantly explode because all bonding pairs fall apart.

Ok ok, regardless of the laws human project on physical reality, nature will of course not change. So you don't have to have nightmares about a sudden explosion of the entire universe if the physics professors would get their way... (28 Nov 2025) The channel A Different Bias has found estimates over the total accumulated damage that Brexit has done. Of course from day 1 back in 2015 I believe it was, it was clear there would be all kinds of deep long lasting damage. But if you tried to explain that using logic, the Brexiteers just kept on doing there weird stuff. For example the economy had to grab the opportunities that now arose. It's as stupid as sucking all the oxygen out of a room and then you tell people they should now breathe the new fresh air. Stuff or behavior like that is known as an ideology.

For example in physics the magnetic properties are a classic example of such behavior; it is ideology that electrons are tiny bipolar magnets while all considerations point to a magnetic monopole variety in two variants. In the case of electron spin it is based on a fancy piece of math known as Gauss's law for magnetism. Instead of trying to prove this math law, the physics people turned it around and used it to explain stuff like the Stern-Gerlach experiment. That how we arrived in the present landscape of electrons that anti-align themselves and more of that blah blah blah.

Things really got stirred up the last days with the leakage or the planting of two transcripts of phone calls. For me it is all gossip and for me the only thing I am waiting for with regard to this detail is the Kremlin coming out and telling they don't want that peace plan. 

In the meantime it is weird to hear that that Steve Witkoff guy has told Trump that Russia really wants peace and/or talked the delivery of Tomahawks out of Trump's head. And that he gave guidance to the Russians how they should approach Trump in the next phone call.

Also the plan, that was indeed Russian, was given to the Americans so they 'could make it their own' and present it as a pure USA plan. Likely it's all true and yes it confirms the deep relations there are between the Russians and a part of the conservative party in the USA.

Likely there are dozens of video's out there but I choose the next one, it's a bit longer so if you suffer from tiktoktification, that is the tendency to avoid video's too long for your attention span, the next vid is not for you. The video is from William Spaniel:

As far as I am concerned, if we want a bit more safety for future Europe the Russian economy must be destroyed until there is no stone upon another. Of course if the Ukrainians want to engage in a peace deal with Russia of course they have always the right to do so. But in the meantime I am still hoping on more and more damage for the Russian economy.

This evening I did not even had the time to look at it a second time. This video is 7 years old and of course today there is not much of a quantum internet at all. Only weird people from quantum mechanics that for ideological reasons think the basic concepts of their science do not need experimental validation at all?

Oh you say there has never been a successful repeated Stern-Gerlach experiment validating the probabilistic nature of measuring electron spin? It does not matter, we just talk like an LLM out of our neck and voila we have another year of funding. 

This video is about how to entangle two electrons with each other and it must have all kinds of fundamental errors in it. For example in the image you see each electron in those diamond things having two arrows meaning they are in a superposition of spin up and down. So these are not drawings of an electron pair but one electron in a superposition.

Well in my view that is already impossible because I still think now over 10 years long that electrons are magnetic monopoles and have a permanent magnetic charge. As such it just can't be in a superposition of magnetic states just like a particle cannot be in a super position with it's anti particle. But in the Delft video they make it much more crazy:

They have two of such photons that enter a crystal and if the detector measures a photon, in that case the two electrons are entangled.

And that with tax payer money. And if you say this is all advanced BS and a waste of taxpayer money, they won't react. All these suckers do is suck more money in doing weird stuff and think it is science. 

Too fucking stupid for stuff like 3D complex numbers but highly skilled in doing weird stuff that can't be true in many ways with say the entanglement of two electrons. 

I selected this video because it is seven years old so you can see for yourself that now in 2025 it still does not work. It is ideological behavior, all in all it is not fraud or so.

Palantir has a crazy stock valuation, it's earnings are about 30 cents a share while the share price is up one hundred dollar. Anyway this video is based on an old interview with that CEO that I saw for myself too. In my view crazy stufff like the Palantir valuation simply comes along with this weird AI bubble we are experiencing. Well that was a fast evolving peace plan as I understand it all correctly. From weird stuff like Russia paying a rent for the occupied territories to the USA a specific target profit rate in the reconstruction of Ukraine. It was totally one 100% crazy. So what the Ukrainians now have agreed to is unknown to me, but likely the Kremin will reject it and guess what likely Trump will give Russia another two weeks to think about it.

Anyway the acceptance of the USA proposal by Ukraine is just fresh news but from yesterday I still have two video's that might be of interest. The first one is from Steve Rosenberg and he says the Russian press is rather critical of the situation as it was yesterday:

Well the title of the video is totally crazy and does not cover at all what it is about and there was such a stupid emoji in the title that likely this is made by a stupid person assisted by some ai stuff:

 Item 2) New magnetism post & bad video on the quantum internet.

I was a bit late in making a new post for the other website but I finally finished it and published it on the other website with the name 3Dcomplexnumbers.net. Like expected it was about that electron transport anomaly along the magnetic field in van Hall thrusters as used in satellites for orbital corrections.
The entire post is based on just one article where it was claimed such electron transport losses were up to three orders of magnitude as could be explained from collisions in the plasma. And three orders of magnitude is one thousand times too much or better: up to one thousand times more.

To me it is a bit of a mystery as why the authors only considered a collision model and do not remark or check if it is the gradient of the magnetic field that is at work here. I have to say I didn't do that either but in the end I compared the whole thing to say the earth magnetic field acts on the solar plasma. That too is a weak field while it induces a lot of moving electrons or currencies in plasma in space. I didn't make a fancy picture so here is just a bold link:

And here too I found a very bad video, it is supposed to be some documentary for the quantum internet and I am highly skeptical if all that entanglement stuff is for real or that those people are just fooling themselves just like they think magnetic monopoles do not exist based on some math from long before electrons were discovered.

The video is bad because you learn absolutely nothing about how this all is supposed to work. Now I understand that in a video for a more general public like say just a bunch of tax payers you can't go into any hardcore technical detail there is; but zero explanation is a useless documentary if you would ask me.

So why include this video anyway? Well we have Stephanie Wehner starring once more and if memory servers I also showed you a video from the year 2016 a short time ago. And of course likely they have made zero progress over the years and a tiny detail in the present documentary is that also in the future it will never ever work.

Stephanie mentions that their qubit, you know the thing that supposedly can be in all kinds of superpositions yes even in so called Bell states needed for a quantum internet. She mentions that their qubit is in diamond. And that my dear reader can mean only one thing:

It is based on electron spin.   

So it's once more my own idea's on electron magnetism (monopole and permanent just like the electric charge of the electron) versus the people that think electrons are tiny magnets. It they are tiny magnets, in that case of course electrons can flip their spin by just turning or flipping a magnetic field.

And if I am in the right, the electrons can't flip and as such electron magnetic states can't be in a superposition and the whole concept of entanglement breaks down.
