Most of you know the content of the audio tape from your own memory, in short it says that a whole lot of other counties could run into trouble if they did follow the USA to much and to eager. To me the content was a bit of a surprise since I only published my own 'policy change' in a very minimal way.
Again it was just some 'outside of envelope' writing, the first three envelopes on which I wrote:

Please my dear al Queda, blast on the Binnenhof in the city of The Hague.

Let me explain below why I did that.

The first reason was that I wanted to create some 'Dual message' delivery and look at the result. Lately I did read that the al Queda sometimes did send all kind of messages via some channels and after that just looked if some 'terror warning' was given to the public. If a warning was given they knew that the channel via the messages were given was under surveillance of the secret services.
And therefore I just tried to 'dualize' this by sending nasty words on the outside of an envelope and look if that information did reach the leadership of al Queda.

So if you look at the content of the audio tape, did I succeed in this or not? For myself I am not completely sure but on the other hand you cannot rule the working of the envelope writing completely out. 

If you did follow my writings from the beginning you must know that indeed I was against blasting in Europe from the start. This policy was motivated because the USA is the most prominent target and it would bring troubles to the frontline of the War against Terror. But since I only get shit from local authorities I have changed my stand on this and indeed we will observe some attacks in Europe in the future. Not to much, it must be reasonable but if you ask me this little country under the name of Holland is found suddenly at nr 3 or nr 4 of countries on some interesting 'blasting list'.

So my dear local (Dutch) authorities, this is the situation you find yourself in: The list is probably as follows:

• The United States of America

• The United Kingdom and or Israel 

• The Dutch state and or Israel 

• Etc etc

For the rest I have no comments on this, again my dear authorities you do it all to yourself. Constantly I try to get into some kind of dialog with you but you give me shit. And therefore it is you will have to face some shit yourself, sorry but do you give me reasonable alternatives? I still did not see any reasonable alternative coming along and therefore it is logical and reasonable that you find yourself back on this list. Again sorry but I have done my best and you did not react.
