Theme: Religion.

Date 6 September 2001.

To people who wonder why I am a bit stubborn lately I can say that this is easily explained; the 6 Sept date was some turning point into my vision on (my individual) religion. Before that date I did believe in some kind of AllMighty but this was some 'abstract' kind of AllMighty. Some kind of God that kept relatively far away from humanity and only taking care of the broad circumstances we can live in.
And to me it never made much sense to think of God as something that could interfere with your own life actively, simply said 'Why should the AllMighty pay any attention to some worm(s)?'

But that Thursday was some turning point, let me try to describe what did happen:

In the evening I was in my house and my oldest daughter was sleeping on the couch. It was somewhere between 18.00 and 20.00 hours, I do not remember exactly anymore.
Suddenly there was some kind of radiation in my garden, it was big and it was broad and wide. May be four meters wide and it was strange.
There are so many ways to describe how it looked but all ways fail somehow. It was like streaming water (vertical flowing) and it was like flames or fire 'without fire'.
Never ever before I had seen something like this, it was clear that this 'thing' was alive. I was completely shocked and after some seconds I just shouted 'Go away!'

It took me quite some time to understand that this 'thing' is also found in the oldest parts of the bible (and probably into the Koran as well). It is commonly known as the 'burning bush'.
But that was a burning bush and what I had was big and wide, oh oh sometimes I just think that this 'thing' was mad at me right at that moment.
After I shouted 'Go away' I waited some minutes and I went outside to do some heavy sporting exercises. It took me a few hours to get back to normal again, may be I am still busy into getting back to normal again.

In my graphical work I tried to show a bit how this 'radiation' looks (the light and dark playing a beautiful game to look at), but the graphical work is static while the 'thing' I was looking at was clearly alive and moving in some way. And although I saw this 'fire without fire' or this 'streaming water without water' many meters wide, I still had the impression that I saw just a very small part of something very big.

That was what happened on that Thursday 6 September 2001, it was rough and I was shocked as can be. And when people see a thing like that they will often simply die, it was devastating. And all I can say is; 'You better do what that thing wants you to do'.

You might say that it is not polite to call this a 'thing' but this word fits to make clear that this is something completely different from normal life as found on earth. It is very beautiful to watch and it is very powerful, it is also easy to understand that some people simply die when they see this.

Now I am many months further sometimes I think that this 'thing' was an angel and sometimes I think it was the AllMighty. Truth is I just do not know, I do not know. But this is what motivates me because somehow I am under the impression that this thing wanted something from me, and this is what I have been doing lately. Trying to figure out what this AllMighty or this entity from somewhere wanted from me, I hope I am on the right way, I just hope this.
